Sarah-Elizabeth took the @nzblogger twitter account reigns this week, talking about social media and blogging! Sarah-Elizabeth blogs over at The Spanish Bluebell, a lifestyle blog which boasts great posts about life, beauty and so much more.
Kicking the chat off just after 8pm we dove straight into it!

@NZbloggers I use twitter, and to an extent instagram and tumblr. Twitter is definitely the one I get the most engagement from #nzbloggers
— Chelsea Lora (@chelsealora93) April 12, 2015
It looks like Twitter and Instagram are most #nzbloggers favourites / most popular and that comes down to interaction and response – which is totally fair, I think Facebook falls behind a bit when their algorithms are constantly changing and you just don’t know how many of your likers are actually seeing your posts.
@NZbloggers I found that posting regularly, at least 5 times a week, and using hashtags helped a whole lot on insta. — Jordanne Leigh (@MissJordyLeigh) April 12, 2015

@NZbloggers With FB it is all about post timing. Plus sometimes I boost my posts, which brings in new followers #nzbloggers

@NZbloggers On twitter following new people, but also making sure you engage with them & participating in group chats like #nzbloggers — tane (@taneb) April 12, 2015
Connecting, engaging, timing and giving the people what they want were popular answers for this question. Perhaps there is a lesson in that 😉 ?
@NZbloggers not thinking before I type- & not walking away sooner from online drama- worst #nzbloggers
